Description

The dcmsr module already supports all mappings that are currently defined in DICOM PS3.18 Table D-1. The other DCMTK modules such as dcmdata (with dcm2xml and xml2dcm) and dcmnet (with findscu and underlying class) should be extended accordingly.

It should also be checked whether "\ISO 2022 IR 87" or "\ISO 2022 IR 149" is supported (i.e. with the first value being empty).
