Description

For retired DICOM attributes the infix "RETIRED_" is used in the name of the associated constants. The same approach could/should also be used for retired transfer syntaxes, i.e. for the UID_xxx constants and the EXS_xxx enums.

NB: The associated string names in uidNameMap[] should not be changed since this would cause dump2dcm to reject existing (older) textual dumps.
