Description

Introduce categories in macro documentation dcmtk/config/docs/macros.txt. One goal is to make it easier for the user to understand which macros should be directly set by the user in order to influence DCMTK (build) behaviour, and which are only reflecting settings that have been configured by DCMTK itself. There may be further meaningfual categories or "tags" that could be assigned.
