Description
Based on the "dcmsr/cmr" (Content Mapping Resource) submodule, a specific class for Key Object Selection Documents (derived from DSRDocument) should be implemented. The document tree should be handled by a new class TID2010_KeyObjectSelection. The required Context Groups are: CID 7010, 7011 and 7012 (can be generated automatically by the existing script). Support for TID1001_ObservationContext (not for TID1002_ObserverContext) and TID1204_LanguageOfContentItemAndDescendants is already there.
The private DCMTK module "dcmkosel" could also be used for inspiration but should be ignored otherwise (since "dcmsr/cmr" now has much better support for SR Templates and Context Groups).
