These transfer syntax should (?) also be added to the various command line tool doing network transfer (e.g. storescu, storescp. movescu...). However, this requires to add even more of these "ugly" propose/prefer options to the tools.
Basic support for the new transfer syntaxes is available in the toolkit (dcmnet module and storescp --accept-all).
