Description

This is not really a bug, but "lots of possible bugs".

For an example on how this can go wrong:

Suggested solution: Get rid of OFSTRINGSTREAM_GETSTR() and use OFSTRINGSTREAM_GETOFSTRING() everywhere instead. Which sounds like lots of work.
