Some DCMTK tools that implement an Association Acceptor, e.g. wlmscpfs and dcmqrscp, print an empty value for the "Responding Application Name" in the "A-ASSOCIATE-AC" part of the debug output. Other tools, such as storescp and dcmrecv, output a non-empty value, which is identical to the Called AE Title (if not checked or the same value is as configured locally, see command line options).
