Description

Using the Win32 binaries of DCMTK 3.6.0, some images that can successfully be compressed
with JPEG-LS using dcmcjpls (lossless mode) cannot be decompressed again. dcmdjpls reports
an error ("invalid compressed image data"). The compressed bitstream as such is OK, and the
images can be decompressed successfully and correctly using the 64-bit Linux binaries of DCMTK. 3.6.0 Release.

Attached is a JPEG-LS compressed sample file (anonymized) that demonstrates the issue.

This bug is already fixed in the current development version, probably because the
JPEG-LS codec has been updated to a newer release in response to Feature #403.
