Pruefen, ob es in DCMTK noch Routinen gibt, die nicht auf folgende "neue" Routinen
umgestellt sind:
- Datum/Uhrzeit (allgemeine Routinen in "ofstd", DICOM-spezifische in "dcmdata")
- fileExists/dirExists() & Co.
- strlcpy/strlcat(), besser OFString
- putAndInsertXXX/findAndGetXXX()
