Now that the root concept name of an SR document is checked (if the document is based on an SR template and the DICOM standard specifies requirements on the root concept name), it would be useful to have a command line option (e.g., for dsrdump and dsr2xml) and read flag (for the C++ library) that would allow for ignoring the additional template constraints that are checked, i.e. just report a warning, but do not abort with an error.
