Description
For DCMTK 3.7.2, the DCMTK specific implementations of STL classes such as string, list, vector, stack etc. should be completely removed.
It is now safe to assume that a stable STL implementation is available, and the STL implementations are significantly more powerful than DCMTK's own ones.
